As some of you may have noticed, I haven't been on in a while, and won't be on for a while longer. My Laptops 'broken' and won't be able to get on. It could be gone for 1-3 weeks, just thought I'd let you all know.

Comic Relief 2009 Empty Comic Relief 2009

Hi guys,

Comic Relief was on Friday 13th March 2009!

As you may know celebrities have climbed Mount Kilamanjaro, they are:

Alesha Dixon
Ben Shephard
Cheryl Cole
Chris Moyles
Denise Van Outen
Fearne Cotton
Gary Barlow
Kimberly Walsh
Ronan Keating

The Saturdays opened Comic Relief 2009 with their song "Just Can't Get Enough". David Tennant and Davina McCall started presenting the show. Within an hour there was just over £3,000,000 already going to Comic Relief!

There were lots of sad stories about lots of different people around the world. There was one kid that had to take care of his mum, dad and brother because they aren't able to do things properly. That boy had to do everything for his parents then he has to help his little brother with his homework and because his brother couldn't make friends, he hangs around his brother, you know make him feel comfortable and not damage his self esteem. In other cases 1 child in Africa dies from malaria every hour! It is just sad seeing this story where the child slips into a malaria coma and he never came back. It is just horrifying that this is happening.

Comic Relief raised........£57,809,938!!!!! That's a record! The previous record was 40.5 Million! A big THANK YOU to all who donated and helped comic relief.

Did you do anything for Comic Relief???

If you did, feel free to comment and tell us, even if it was donating money on comic relief night, have a say!

I used the sad videos as food/drink/toiler breaks Tounge. I watched from 7pm-1am, before getting bored and going to bed, after about 12pm it wasn't as good. I LOVED James Corden and the England team, that was pure comedy genius, The apprentice was good as well (I watched the first half the other night), the little Britain parts were slightly disappointing, and Davina McCall gets on my nerves Mad.

So Far they've raised 57 Million which is very impressive in the middle of an economical downturn (Business Studies has taught me something Smile )
